Moderate flooding is occurring along the Georgina River at Marion Downs and along the Eyre Creek at Bedourie and Glengyle. The main flood peak is expected to have passed Glengyle, and overall the floodwaters across the catchment are receding.No significant rainfall has been observed across the catchment in the last 7 days. Showers and rainfall are forecast for the catchment from the weekend into the next week, which is likely to cause renewed river level rises.
